Founded in 2023 by two young entrepreneurs, ages 24 and 23, El Chuyo LLC brings bold, slow-braised cooking from Guerrero, Mexico to downtown Norfolk. Established as a local favorite in Norfolk, El Chuyo LLC blends regional Mexican traditions with the vibrant energy of Granby Street, drawing late-night crowds looking for authentic flavors, great atmosphere, and a fresh take on classic Guerrero cuisine.
